FACEBOOK ADS FAQ

Why Is My Facebook Ad Not Delivering?

What each delivery status in Ads Manager means and the fix that usually gets spend moving again.

Why is my Facebook ad not delivering? Usually because it is still in review or was rejected, the payment failed, the account is restricted, or the budget and audience are too small for Meta to spend. Overlapping ad sets chasing the same people and a 'Learning limited' status come next.

The details: causes we see in Pakistani accounts

Payment comes first. Pakistani cards often decline foreign charges unless international online payments are switched on, and repeated declines can restrict the account. Our guide to paying Meta from Pakistan covers card settings and currency.

Restrictions come next. If the ad account, Page or your own profile is restricted, nothing delivers. Check Business Support Home for the flagged asset, and follow our disabled ad account fix before opening any new account.

What this means for your business

Do not duplicate an ad set five times to force spend; it splits learning and raises costs. Fewer, broader ad sets with clear creative usually deliver better. If an account keeps stalling, a review by our Meta ads team can find the cause; scope and fees are on our Facebook ads management pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Why does my ad have impressions but no results?

Delivery is working, so the problem is the offer, creative or next step. Check whether the button leads to a slow page, a long form or an unanswered WhatsApp number. Test one new hook or offer at a time.

How long should I wait before editing a new ad?

Give it three to seven days unless something is clearly broken. Significant changes to creative, targeting, optimisation event or budget can restart the learning phase, and any edit sends the ad back through review.
