Website Development Price in Pakistan
Clear tiers, what each one includes, the running costs nobody mentions, and who owns what after launch.

Website development price in Pakistan depends mainly on page count, custom design and features such as online payments. Published Pakistani price pages put a basic site at roughly PKR 15,000 to 50,000, a custom business site at PKR 50,000 to 180,000 and an ecommerce store at PKR 100,000 to 500,000+. Below are our three tiers, the market ranges and every running cost.
Key takeaways
- Build cost is one-time; domain, hosting, licences and maintenance are yearly or monthly and should be in your budget from day one.
- Our Starter, Growth and Scale tiers are fixed-scope; the price is confirmed in writing before work starts.
- Market ranges below come from published Pakistani price pages, linked so you can check them.
- You own the domain, hosting, code and analytics. We never register them in our name.
Website development plans at a glance
Most of our projects fall into one of three tiers. The scope column matters more than the name: compare page count, design approach and integrations when you look at any quote, including ours.

| Platform | WordPress | WordPress / Elementor | WooCommerce, Shopify or Laravel |
| SEO setup | On-page basics, sitemap, GA4 | Keyword map, schema, GA4 events | Full technical SEO, product schema |

What other Pakistani providers publish
Agencies and freelancers in Pakistan rarely publish prices, so the few that do are useful benchmarks. The figures below come from pages we checked directly.
| Type | Range | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Basic small-business site | 15,000 to 50,000 | GoDaddy PK guide |
| Template site, up to 5 pages | 20,000 to 50,000 + 18% GST | ePlanet Technologies |
| Custom site, up to 15 pages | 50,000 to 150,000 + 18% GST | ePlanet Technologies |
| Business website (Lahore) | 60,000 to 180,000 | Softvirtue |
| Landing page | 25,000 to 60,000 | Softvirtue |
| Ecommerce with PK gateways | 100,000 to 500,000+ | ePlanet Technologies |
| Advanced professional site | 100,000 to 350,000 | GoDaddy PK guide |
Sources: GoDaddy's Pakistan website cost guide (updated December 2025), ePlanet Technologies plans and Softvirtue's website development page. Ranges are wide because "website" covers everything from a five-page template to a custom store. For context on what the rest of a marketing budget looks like, see our digital marketing cost guide.
What's included in every website plan
Some items are not optional for us, whatever the tier, because leaving them out creates problems you pay for later.
- Mobile-first responsive design tested on Android and iPhone.
- SSL certificate, admin hardening and daily backups configured on your hosting.
- Title tags, meta descriptions, clean URLs, XML sitemap and Search Console verification.
- GA4 with conversion events for forms, phone taps and WhatsApp clicks.
- Speed optimisation against Google's Core Web Vitals targets.
- 301 redirects from your old URLs if you are replacing a site, so existing rankings are not thrown away.
- A training session and a written handover of every login.
Monthly care plans after launch
Once the support window ends, you can manage the site yourself or move to a care plan. A care plan covers WordPress, theme and plugin updates on staging first, uptime monitoring, security scans, monthly backups downloaded off-site, small content edits and a monthly report.
| Plan | Includes | Price (PKR / month) |
|---|---|---|
| Basic care | Updates, backups, uptime, security scan | [Add your PKR price] |
| Growth care | Basic + 3 hours edits, speed checks, report | [Add your PKR price] |
| Store care | Growth + gateway and courier plugin monitoring | [Add your PKR price] |
One-time build cost vs monthly running costs
Quotes often compare badly because one includes hosting and licences and another does not. Split every quote into these two buckets before you decide.
| Item | Typical range | Paid |
|---|---|---|
| .com domain | roughly USD 10 to 20 a year at international registrars (estimate) | Yearly |
| .pk domain (PKNIC) | about 2,100 a year, billed in 2-year periods (PKNIC) | Yearly |
| Shared hosting | about 2,500 to 10,000 | Yearly |
| Premium theme | about 7,000 to 15,000 | One-time or yearly |
| Elementor Pro | from about 10,000 | Yearly |
| Paid plugins | about 2,000 to 10,000 each | Yearly |
| Professional maintenance | about 1,500 to 10,000 | Monthly |
Ranges are drawn from the GoDaddy guide above and HosterPK's WordPress price breakdown. Licence prices are set in USD, so PKR costs move with the exchange rate. For server choice, see our comparison of hosting providers in Pakistan.
Website cost vs ad spend
If you plan to run ads to the new site, keep the budgets separate. The website is a one-time asset; ad spend is paid to Google or Meta every month and our management fee is separate again. See Google Ads management charges for how that side is priced.
What drives website development price in Pakistan
When two quotes differ by PKR 100,000, one of these factors is almost always the reason.
| Factor | Lower cost | Higher cost |
|---|---|---|
| Design | Customised theme | Custom UI designed from scratch |
| Pages | 5 to 6 core pages | Service, location and blog pages at scale |
| Content | Client supplies copy and photos | Agency writes copy, sources images |
| Features | Forms and WhatsApp | Payments, booking, user accounts, CRM |
| Languages | English only | English plus Urdu |
| Migration | New domain, no history | Old site with rankings to protect |
| Support | 30 days | 90 days plus a care plan |
Example first-year budgets
As rough planning figures using the published ranges above (not our quotes), a five-page clinic site might land around PKR 40,000 to 80,000 in year one once domain, hosting and a theme licence are added. A 15-page custom service site with written content often sits around PKR 120,000 to 220,000. A WooCommerce store with a gateway, courier plugin and 100 products loaded commonly crosses PKR 200,000 once licences and a year of care are counted.
Our founder Junaid Tariq reviews competing quotes with clients regularly, and we look for three things: whether the hosting and theme are licensed in the client's name, whether 301 redirects from the old site are included, and whether the support period is written down. Missing any of the three usually means extra cost after launch.
Add-ons
These are quoted separately because not every project needs them. Campaign-specific landing pages are the most common add-on for clients running ads.
| Add-on | When you need it | Price (PKR) |
|---|---|---|
| JazzCash / Easypaisa gateway | Prepaid orders or fee collection | [Add your PKR price] |
| Courier integration (PostEx, TCS, Leopards) | Stores booking 20+ parcels a day | [Add your PKR price] |
| Urdu version | Local consumer audiences | [Add your PKR price] |
| Extra landing page | Ad campaigns | [Add your PKR price] |
| Blog content (per article) | Organic traffic | [Add your PKR price] |
| CRM connection | Sales teams following up leads | [Add your PKR price] |
Payment gateways need a merchant account approved by the provider before we can switch them live; our JazzCash and Easypaisa integration guide explains the steps. Lead-heavy businesses often add a custom CRM so web enquiries do not sit in an inbox.
Taxes, contracts and account ownership
Taxes
Our prices are quoted exclusive of sales tax on services. In Pakistan, sales tax on IT services is charged by the relevant revenue authority for where the service is provided (the Punjab Revenue Authority for Lahore), so the rate is added as a separate invoice line. International clients are invoiced for exported services.
Contracts and payment terms
- Website builds are fixed-scope projects with no minimum monthly contract.
- Typical milestones: 50% on signing, 30% on design approval, 20% before launch.
- Care plans run month to month with 30 days' notice.
- Change requests outside scope are priced and approved before work starts.
Who owns what
Domain, hosting, theme and plugin licences, the GA4 and Search Console properties, and the site files are registered to your business. We are added as users. If you leave, nothing needs to be transferred because it was never ours. Our about page covers the same policy for ad accounts.
How to choose the right website plan
- Start from the goal. Calls and WhatsApp leads need a Starter or Growth site. Online orders need Scale; our ecommerce website development page explains what a store build covers.
- Count real pages. One page per service, location or product category that someone actually searches for.
- Decide who writes content. Writing is the most common cause of delays; paying for it often saves weeks.
- Plan for traffic. A site without SEO or ads gets few visitors. Budget for at least one channel after launch, using our SEO packages or Facebook ads management charges as a guide.
- Compare total first-year cost, not the build price alone.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum contract?
No. A website build is a one-off project paid in milestones, usually 50% on signing, 30% on design approval and 20% before launch. Monthly care plans are optional and run month to month with 30 days' notice. If you also hire us for SEO or ads, those services have their own terms, which we explain before you sign.
Are taxes included in the price?
No. Our quotes are exclusive of sales tax on services. For Lahore clients the applicable Punjab Revenue Authority rate is added as a separate line on the invoice. International clients are invoiced for exported services. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting and licences are billed at cost or paid by you directly.
Who owns the ad accounts, website and data?
You do. The domain, hosting account, theme and plugin licences, website files, GA4 and Search Console properties, and any ad accounts are registered to your business. We work on them as authorised users. If you stop working with us, you remove our access and keep everything without any transfer fee.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Many clients launch on Starter and move to Growth when they add services or locations, or add a store later. Because we build on standard platforms, upgrades extend the existing site rather than replacing it. You only pay for the new scope. Care plans can be switched up or down at the start of any month.
Why is there such a big price gap between quotes?
Quotes differ on custom versus template design, who writes content, which integrations are included, licence costs and post-launch support. A PKR 20,000 quote and a PKR 150,000 quote are often for different products. Ask each provider for a page list, platform, licences included, support period and ownership terms in writing, then compare line by line.
