SEO Packages in Pakistan
Three monthly SEO plans with written deliverables, no long lock-in, and full ownership of your site, data and content.

Our SEO packages in Pakistan come in three tiers: Starter for single-location local SEO, Growth for multi-service or multi-city businesses, and Scale for ecommerce and competitive national or international campaigns. Each plan lists exactly how many pages, articles and links you get per month. Prices are quoted in PKR, exclusive of provincial sales tax.
Key takeaways
- Published Pakistani agency plans range from about PKR 20,000 to PKR 180,000 per month.
- Every plan includes a technical audit, on-page work, content, links and a monthly report.
- Minimum term is three months, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
- Sales tax is added on invoice; you own your site, Search Console, Analytics and content.
SEO plans at a glance
Pick the plan by scope, not by price. The table shows what changes between tiers. Exact deliverables are confirmed after a free audit, because a site with 400 broken pages needs a different first month from a clean five-page site.

What's included every month
Every plan runs the same monthly cycle. Only the volume changes. This is the cycle described on our main SEO services page, broken into what you will see each month.
- Technical check
Search Console coverage, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals and broken links. Fixes are logged with dates.
- On-page optimisation
Titles, headings, copy, internal links and schema on the agreed number of pages.
- Content
New service pages, location pages or articles, planned from your keyword map and written by industry-aware writers.
- Authority
Citations, directory listings real buyers use, and outreach for relevant editorial links. Every link is listed.
- Reporting
Traffic, conversions, rankings, work done and next month's plan, in plain language.
The technical check follows the checklist on our technical SEO audit page. Local plans include map-pack work described under Google Maps SEO, and outreach follows the white-hat rules on our link building service page: no private blog networks, no bulk directory blasts, no paid links passed off as editorial.
What is not included
- Website redesigns or new builds, quoted separately; see website development pricing.
- Paid advertising spend or ads management. If you run Facebook or Instagram ads too, see Meta ads management pricing.
- Paid placements on news sites, unless agreed in writing and labelled as sponsored.
- Review generation schemes. We help you ask real customers for reviews; we never write them.
Month one is heavier on audit and fixes. Content and links ramp up from month two. Our guide on SEO timelines explains why results usually build over four to twelve months.
Monthly retainer vs one-time SEO work
SEO has no ad spend in the Google Ads sense. You pay for work, not clicks. The real choice is between a monthly retainer and one-time projects.
| Option | When it fits | Limitation |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly retainer | You want steady growth in leads or sales | Needs 4+ months to judge fairly |
| One-time technical audit and fixes | Site launch, migration or traffic drop | No ongoing content or links |
| One-time content batch | You have an in-house person to maintain it | Rankings may stall without upkeep |
| Ad-hoc hourly support | Small fixes, advice, training | No strategy ownership |
If you also want paid traffic, that is a separate budget. See Google Ads management pricing, where the management fee and the ad spend paid to Google are billed separately.
Add-ons
- Extra content: additional articles, landing pages or product descriptions. [Add your PKR price per piece]
- Urdu or Roman Urdu content: bilingual pages for local search through our Urdu SEO service. [Add your PKR price]
- Site speed project: hosting move, caching, image compression and theme cleanup. [Add your PKR price]
- Website migration SEO: redirect mapping and monitoring during a redesign. [Add your PKR price]
- Additional Google Business Profile locations. [Add your PKR price per location]
- Digital PR campaign: data-led stories pitched to Pakistani and industry media. [Add your PKR price]
Ecommerce stores with large catalogues usually need ecommerce SEO scoping rather than add-ons, since product and category pages multiply the work.
Taxes, contracts and account ownership
Sales tax
Services in Pakistan carry provincial sales tax. The Punjab Revenue Authority states most services are taxed at 16%, and Sindh-based agencies such as SEOhub add 15% SRB sales tax. Our plan prices exclude tax, and the applicable rate appears on your invoice. Clients outside Pakistan are invoiced according to export of services rules; confirm treatment with your accountant.
Contract terms
- Three-month minimum, because SEO cannot be judged fairly in less.
- After that, month to month with 30 days' written notice.
- Billing monthly in advance; quarterly prepayment available.
- Scope and deliverables listed in writing before work starts.
Who owns what
You own your domain, hosting, website, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile and every piece of content we write. We work through user access you grant, not accounts in our name. If you leave, nothing is removed or held back.
Some providers create Business Profiles or Analytics properties under their own email. If they hold the account, they hold your data. Ask for owner-level access to stay with you.
How to choose between SEO packages in Pakistan
- Count your locations and services. One clinic in DHA with three treatments fits Starter. A builder with projects in Bahria Town, DHA and Islamabad needs Growth.
- Look at competitors. If the top three results have hundreds of referring domains, Starter-level link work will not close the gap.
- Check your site's state. Large technical debt means more of month one goes on fixes.
- Know what a lead is worth. If one client is worth PKR 500,000, a higher plan pays back faster than a cheap one that never ranks.
- Plan for at least six months. Budget so you are not forced to stop just as results begin.
Read about who runs your account before you sign. Lahore businesses can also see local context on our SEO services in Lahore page. You can start on one plan and move up or down at the next billing cycle. If you are unsure where your site stands, request a free SEO audit first; it shows the size of the technical and content gap before you pick a tier.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum contract?
Yes, three months. SEO changes take time to be crawled, indexed and reflected in rankings, so judging it after one month is unfair to both sides. After the first three months the plan runs month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. There are no exit fees.
Are taxes included in the price?
No. Plan prices exclude provincial sales tax on services, which is added on the invoice at the applicable rate. Punjab's revenue authority lists 16% for most services. International clients are invoiced according to export of services rules, so check the treatment with your own accountant.
Who owns the ad accounts, website and data?
You do. Your domain, hosting, website files, Search Console, Analytics, Google Business Profile and all content we produce belong to you. We work through access you grant us. If you end the contract, you keep everything, including links built and pages published during the engagement.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down at the next billing cycle. Clients often start on Starter to fix the foundation and move to Growth once the site is technically sound and ready for more content and links. We will recommend a change only when the data supports it.
