Outsource App Development in Europe
Flutter and native mobile apps for European startups and SMEs, designed and built in Lahore, published under your own App Store and Google Play accounts.

Teams that outsource app development Europe-wide can hand us the full build: UX design, Flutter or native iOS and Android apps, the backend and store release. We work from Lahore with EUR billing, a GDPR processing agreement, privacy labels prepared for both stores and source code that belongs to you.
Key takeaways
- A Polish studio estimates a basic Flutter app at about $96,500 to $134,500 at Central European rates, for the core team alone.
- Most European clients get one Flutter codebase for iOS and Android, which keeps build and maintenance costs down.
- Apps for online shopping, banking or passenger transport fall under the European Accessibility Act.
- Apps are published in your developer accounts, never ours.
Why European businesses outsource app development to us
Mobile developers are among the hardest roles to hire in Europe, and agency quotes for a first version often exceed what an early-stage product can justify. Outsourcing to a senior team in Pakistan lets you ship version one, test it with real users and keep budget for marketing.
- Product thinking first. Founder Junaid Tariq reviews scope with you before design starts, drawing on 18+ years building software and apps for 500+ clients in 48 countries.
- One codebase where it makes sense. We default to Flutter app development and recommend native Swift or Kotlin only when the app depends on deep device features.
- Backend included. APIs, admin panel, push notifications and analytics are part of the plan, not a surprise later.
- Store-ready. Privacy labels, screenshots, review notes and test accounts prepared for Apple and Google.
The wider method, from discovery to release, is on our mobile app development company page. Our comparison of Flutter and React Native explains why we usually pick Flutter.

EU rules that shape a mobile app
The European Accessibility Act has applied since 28 June 2025 to services including e-commerce, consumer banking and passenger transport apps, with WCAG 2.2 AA as the practical target (Travers Smith). We test screen-reader labels, text scaling and contrast on both platforms. Apple also requires app privacy details for every app, and Google Play has a matching Data safety form, so we map every SDK and what it collects before submission. Under the Digital Markets Act, iOS apps can also be distributed to EU users outside the App Store, though nearly all our clients still start in the main stores.
European industries and case studies
| Sector | Typical app | Key feature |
|---|---|---|
| Retail and D2C | Shopping and loyalty | iDEAL, BLIK or Bancontact checkout |
| Fitness and wellness | Booking and membership | Recurring payments, class reminders |
| Mobility and tourism | Tickets, guides, rentals | Offline maps, several languages |
| Logistics and field service | Driver and technician apps | Offline mode, photo proof, signatures |
| Healthtech startups | Patient engagement | Health data controls under GDPR |
German-only products often need German-language store listings and stricter documentation, covered on app development for Germany. UK founders can compare our UK app development service. Larger platforms with web dashboards sit with our offshore software team for Europe.
Pricing for European businesses
Droids On Roids, a Wrocław studio, estimates a basic Flutter app at $96,500 to $134,500 and a medium one at $158,100 to $226,500 at Central European rates, for the core team and excluding backend and design; it lists Polish developer rates at $30 to $65 an hour. In Pakistan, a market guide from IDT Pakistan puts simple apps at about PKR 300,000 to 800,000, and most Pakistani firms on Clutch list $25 to $49 an hour. Our app development cost guide breaks down the Pakistani figures.

Store fees are paid by you: Apple's developer program is USD 99 a year and Google Play charges a one-time USD 25 registration fee. EU business clients receive invoices without VAT and usually account for it themselves via the reverse charge (Articles 44 and 196 of the EU VAT Directive).
Our process
- Discovery and prototype
User flows and a clickable Figma prototype you can test with five or six real users.
- Plan and estimate
Version-one feature list, tech choice and a sprint plan.
- Build in sprints
Test builds through TestFlight and Google Play internal testing every two weeks.
- QA and accessibility
Testing on a spread of iPhones and Android devices common in Europe, plus accessibility checks.
- Release and iterate
Store submission from your accounts, crash monitoring and a backlog for version two.
As a planning estimate, a focused MVP takes about three to four months from approved prototype to store release. Our answer on how long an app takes to build explains what stretches that, and Flutter or native covers the platform decision.
How we work with Europe clients: time zones, currency, contracts
Pakistan does not use daylight saving, so the gap to Central Europe shifts twice a year: four hours in winter, three from the last Sunday of March until the last Sunday of October (timeanddate.com). Sprint demos and stand-ups run in your morning, which is our afternoon.
- Currency. EUR invoices per milestone or monthly. [Add accepted payment methods]
- Accounts. Apple, Google, Firebase and cloud accounts are opened in your company's name. Apple's organisation enrolment needs a D-U-N-S number, which we help you request.
- IP. Source code, designs and store assets are assigned to you on payment, with the repository in your organisation.
- GDPR. Where we handle user data, we sign a processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR with Standard Contractual Clauses. General information, not legal advice.
Our Lahore team also builds for local brands, described on our app development company in Lahore page.

Frequently asked questions
How much does app development cost in Europe?
Central European studios estimate a basic Flutter app at roughly $96,500 to $134,500 for the core team alone, with backend and design on top, and Western European rates run higher. When you outsource app development to us, Europe-based clients get a EUR quote per package. Platforms, backend complexity, integrations and the number of user roles drive the cost most.
Do you work with Europe businesses remotely?
Yes. All European app projects run remotely from Gulberg III, Lahore. You get test builds every two weeks through TestFlight and Google Play internal testing, a shared board and video demos in your morning. We have no office in Europe and do not claim one, and contracts and processing agreements are signed online.
How soon will I see results?
You can install a first test build within the first few sprints, and a focused MVP typically reaches the stores in three to four months as a planning estimate. Store review adds a few days. Downloads and retention depend on your launch marketing and how well version one solves the problem, so we plan analytics from day one.
Which industries do you work with?
For European clients we mostly build retail and loyalty apps, fitness and wellness booking apps, mobility and tourism apps, driver and technician apps for logistics and field service, and patient engagement apps for healthtech startups. Apps handling health or payment data get extra security and privacy reviews, agreed in writing before development.
