We offer affordable website development Europe-wide for small and mid-sized businesses: WordPress and Shopify builds, multilingual sites, online shops with local payment methods and custom web apps. You get a senior team in Lahore, EUR pricing, a GDPR data processing agreement and full ownership of the code, domain and hosting.
Key takeaways
- An Irish web studio's 2026 guide puts small business websites at about €1,500 to €7,000 and online shops at €2,500 to €20,000+.
- Since June 2025 the European Accessibility Act applies to many online shops, so accessibility belongs in the build, not a later fix.
- Sites that run Google ads or analytics for EEA visitors need a consent banner that passes signals to Google.
- Our Lahore afternoon overlaps your CET morning for calls and reviews.
Why European businesses outsource website development to us
Most European small businesses are not short of web designers. They are short of budget for a site that is fast, accessible, legally tidy and easy to edit. Outsourcing web development to a senior offshore team closes that gap without cutting the parts that matter.
- Senior-led. Projects are scoped by founder Junaid Tariq, who has 18+ years in web development, SEO and custom software and 500+ clients in 48 countries.
- SEO built in. Clean headings, schema, hreflang for language versions and Core Web Vitals checks before launch. Our note on building an SEO-friendly website lists what we test.
- Compliance as part of the build. Cookie consent, privacy pages and accessibility checks are in the plan, not extras.
- You own everything. Domain, hosting, theme licences and admin logins are registered to you.
The way we plan, design and hand over sites is set out on our main website development company page. This page explains how it works for clients in the EU.

Payment methods differ by country
Card checkout is not enough in much of Europe. Dutch shoppers expect iDEAL, Belgians use Bancontact, Polish buyers use BLIK and many Spanish customers pay with Bizum. We connect these through gateways such as Stripe, Mollie or Adyen and test each one in sandbox mode before launch. It is the same discipline we apply to JazzCash and Easypaisa gateway integration for Pakistani shops: every callback, refund and failed payment gets tested, not just the happy path.
Accessibility, cookies and hosting for EU websites
Two EU rules change how a site should be built. The European Accessibility Act has applied since 28 June 2025 and covers services such as e-commerce, banking and passenger transport websites and apps; guidance points to WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the working target, and microenterprises with fewer than ten staff and under €2 million turnover are exempt from some duties (Travers Smith).
Second, Google requires advertisers to collect consent from EEA users and pass consent signals to Google to keep using its tags for measurement and remarketing (Google Ads Help). We install a consent management platform with Consent Mode v2, so analytics and ads keep working within the rules.
- Keyboard navigation, colour contrast, alt text and form labels checked on every template.
- Consent banner with equal accept and reject options, linked to your privacy notice.
- Hosting in an EU data centre when you prefer customer data to stay in Europe.
- Contact forms that collect only what you need, with retention you decide.
We build to these standards and explain them, but we are not lawyers. Your privacy notice and accessibility statement should be reviewed by your own adviser.

As a planning estimate, a brochure site takes four to six weeks and a multilingual shop eight to twelve, depending on how quickly content arrives. Our answer on how long a website build takes explains what speeds it up. Traffic after launch depends on SEO and ads; our local SEO service for Europe helps a new site get found nearby, and SEO for European businesses covers wider search.
How we work with Europe clients: time zones, currency, contracts
We work on Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5). Central European Time is four hours behind us in winter and three in summer, after EU clocks change on the last Sunday of March (timeanddate.com). Calls run from about 9am to 3pm CET in winter, which is our afternoon and early evening.
- Currency. Fixed quotes and invoices in EUR, usually 40 / 40 / 20 across start, design approval and launch. [Add accepted payment methods]
- Contract. Written scope, change-request rates and NDA on request. IP in the finished site transfers to you on final payment.
- Data protection. Where we handle form entries or customer data, we sign a data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR, with Standard Contractual Clauses because Pakistan has no EU adequacy decision. General information, not legal advice.
- Communication. Shared project board, weekly written update and WhatsApp for quick questions.
Our Lahore team also builds for local clients, described on our Lahore website development page.

Frequently asked questions
How much does website development cost in Europe?
Published European guides put small business websites at roughly €1,500 to €7,000 and online shops at €2,500 to €20,000 or more, with custom builds higher. Our affordable website development for Europe is quoted as a fixed EUR price after scoping. Page count, languages, shop features, payment methods and integrations move the price most. Translation, hosting and paid plugins are shown separately.
Do you work with Europe businesses remotely?
Yes. Every European project is run remotely from our office in Gulberg III, Lahore. You see progress on a staging site, approve designs in Figma and meet us on video calls in your morning. We have no office in Europe and do not claim one. Contracts, invoices and the data processing agreement are all handled online.
How soon will I see results?
A brochure site usually launches in four to six weeks and a multilingual shop in eight to twelve, as planning estimates. Speed and conversion improvements show from day one. Search traffic takes longer: new pages often need several months to rank, depending on competition. We do not promise rankings, and we explain what SEO work the site needs after launch.
Which industries do you work with?
In Europe we mostly build for independent retailers and D2C brands, clinics and wellness studios, hotels and tour operators, B2B manufacturers and distributors, and consultants. Each needs something different: local payments for shops, booking for clinics, several languages for hospitality and quote forms for B2B. We recommend the platform after hearing what your customers do on the site.
